- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a sales pipeline with a focus on achieving targets. Track progress, report on key metrics, and provide updates in team huddles.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business and meet or exceed sales targets. Leverage your commercial IQ to understand market needs and position our products effectively.
- Product Presentations & Quotes: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and quotes. Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients and articulate the value of our products.
- Reporting & Communication: Track and report on sales activities, including dials made, contacts spoken to, and opportunities identified. Maintain clear and detailed records of interactions and progress.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on PPE or related products preferred.
- Education: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
- Strong commercial IQ with the ability to understand and navigate complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
