As a Sales Growth Specialist at Lulalend, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an end-to-end sales process to find, attract, onboard, and nurture partners for our Lulapay product.
You will investigate and pinpoint key industries and markets suitable for targeting, establish and manage a continuous flow of potential leads, and initiate outreach efforts through cold calling, emailing, and networking to effectively recruit and onboard partners.
Cultivating strong relationships to foster growth with each partner is also a crucial aspect of this role. You will deliver regular feedback internally to support ongoing enhancement of the Lulapay product.
We're looking for a resilient and self-motivated individual with a positive mindset who sees what is possible. A curious and critical thinker who can look beyond the obvious and be decisive under pressure is essential for this role.
