Estimated Salary: R500,000 per annum (based on industry standards)

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Full management of our funeral agency, including fleet management and risk management;
• Managing, training, and developing own personnel to ensure excellent service delivery;
• Arranging and conducting funerals with dignity and respect;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• DOFA Qualification Requirements, or equivalent;
• Valid drivers' license and clear credit record;
• Business and functional experience in the funeral industry will be an advantage;
• Marketing experience is essential;
• Good financial management experience will be a definite advantage;
