Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Affinity Services. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration, providing excellent customer service to employees.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events, promoting employee development and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Grade 12/Matric certificate required, with additional HR certifications being advantageous.
