The Legends Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to manage the debtors process. As the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, you will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage debtor accounts, including preparing and sending invoices, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring timely collection of debts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including debtor ledgers and statements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to handle invoicing and payment issues.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative, reception, or accounts role.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar).
