KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure that existing clients are equipped with the appropriate products, optimal market share, and visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of Grade 12 (Matric).
  • A BCom Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline is essential.
  • A Diploma in Business, Marketing Communications, or a related field is also required.
EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of two years of proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • A demonstrated history of effectively managing customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license is a prerequisite.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Strong relationship management abilities and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Capability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Meet established sales objectives and deliver results within designated timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts. Build, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular visits to relevant retail outlets. Expand and maintain a customer database through effective relationship-building.
  • Continuously explore new business opportunities.
  • Present, advocate for, and sell products/services using compelling arguments to both existing and potential customers.
2. Sales Performance
  • Achieve designated sales goals and results within specified timelines. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales initiatives.
3. Reporting
  • Provide monthly performance reports, including insights on competitors.
  • Inform management about customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new offerings.
4. Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in meetings as required at designated locations.
  • Work in conjunction with Clover and Vector Sales/Merchandisers to enhance business performance.
  • Attend trade shows and marketing events as necessary.
