About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team as an Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to top management and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

The successful candidate will have advanced computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Offer administrative support and typing services to senior executives.
  2. Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips.
  3. Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and greet visitors.
  4. Manage emails on behalf of the Managing Director.
  5. Prepare reports and coordinate boardroom bookings.
  6. Order food and beverages for meetings and events.
  7. Oversee vehicle signage and manage the pool car fleet.
  8. Supervise cleaning staff to maintain a clean and organized office.
  9. Promote a positive company image through all interactions.
