Administrative Coordinator

At Yellosa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide full secretarial and administrative services to the nominated broker, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily diary for the broker in Outlook, scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- National Secretarial Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration, NQF Level 5 preferable
- 3 – 5 Years relevant secretarial and administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
