International Business Development Leader

Milkor is a fast-paced company seeking an experienced International Business Development Leader to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products and services globally.
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with law-established rules and guidelines.
- Lead the development team to achieve business growth goals.
- Manage sales records, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer support and feedback.
- Research and identify new markets and customer needs.
- Establish relationships with potential clients and arrange meetings.
- Plan and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Represent Milkor at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related fields (advantageous).
- Valid passport for international travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability (advantageous).
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Market-related salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum).
- Adequate IT skills.
- Permanent contract.
- Reliable transportation.
- Age 23-28 (preferred).
