Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Time Personnel.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, where you will be responsible for processing orders, making outbound calls to potential customers, and promoting products to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders via email and over the phone, as well as assist with over-the-counter sales for walk-in customers.
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads by referring the customer to the respective external sales reps.
  • E nsure information on customer orders is correct and accurate.
  • Liaise with the warehouse department to ensure timeous deliveries of orders.
  • Assist with quarterly stock takes and maintain accurate records of all follow-ups made with customers with feedback to management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Self-driven with initiative, deadline-driven, and excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands and conditions.
  • High attention to detail, enthusiastic, and committed.
  • Experience within the Warehouse and Retail industry.
  • Ability to understand sales performance metrics.
Salary:

The salary for this position is dependent on experience, but we estimate it to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
