Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Hanel. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Provide payroll support and administration, including maintaining employee records and processing payroll transactions.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain all relevant employee documents on the online filing system and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with leave applications, prepare confirmation of employment letters, and coordinate onboarding and exit procedures for staff.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain pension and provident fund databases, coordinate disciplinary procedures, and identify training needs for staff.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate staff training, employee engagement initiatives, and office administration tasks, including liaising with third-party vendors for telephone systems and internet services.
•⁠ ⁠Take charge of the archiving room, group vehicle license renewals, and other filing tasks.
•⁠ ⁠Perform office purchases, arrange refreshments for meetings, and undertake ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
•⁠ ⁠Literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate level).
•⁠ ⁠Experience in Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills and a vibrant personality.
•⁠ ⁠Own transport and driver's license (not negotiable).
