The Role:
In this critical role, you will work closely with our sales teams and other stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and expand our presence in the region. You will also provide training and support to sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, minimum 8 years of experience in sales strategy and customer engagement, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to adapt to change.
