About the Role:

  • Reach and exceed company set targets by selling Tidy Files Solutions to various sectors, including Government, Corporate, and Dealers.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet specific client needs, leveraging product knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain sound relationships with clients through regular engagement and effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary contact between clients and Tidy Files for purposes of negotiation, problem resolution, and issue escalation.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and competitor trends, and inform senior management accordingly.
  • Manage a current and updated database of clients in own portfolio, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with administrative office responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements pertaining to document and records management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop Call Cycle Plans, aiming to leverage new opportunities and ensure customer retention.
  • Report pipeline management to senior management on a weekly basis, providing insights into sales progress and challenges.
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports, adhering to required standards and visit frequencies.
  • Monitor and facilitate timely processing of clients' payments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
  • 4-8 years' experience in the sales environment, with a proven track record in delivering high-level sales presentations and meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
