Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Profile Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to management and employees.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Manufacturing sector experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with MIBCO is required.
  • Ability to work on a contract basis.
