Job Description

At Staff Solutions Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to drive efficiency and innovation in our organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and improve supplier relationships
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Analyze market trends and develop recommendations for improving supply portfolio and reducing costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure procurement performance and report results to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and negotiating contracts, driving cost savings, and improving supplier relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
