We are seeking a Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at Abantu Staffing Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Client Retention:
- Enhance existing relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical staff to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
- Business Development Planning:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and present business proposals to mid and senior level management.
- Management and Research:
- Submit regular progress reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze market data to forecast sales targets and optimize resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly Tier 1 suppliers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- CAD software proficiency, RFQ process expertise, and knowledge of ISO standards.
