Development and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team at MANCOSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, public administration, and business administration, with a strong understanding of the higher education environment.
Main Objectives- The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating community engagement projects, ensuring effective planning, implementation, collaboration with internal and external partners, and comprehensive reporting of all projects.
- This role aims to build and sustain relationships within the community, promote the organization's mission and services, and create opportunities for engagement and participation.
- The Manager will facilitate or ensure alignment between proposed community engagement projects with vision, mission, and applicable processes at MANCOSA as well as National Development imperatives and Sustainable Development Goals.
