Business Development and Partnerships Lead

'You Choose Recruit' is seeking a Growth and Partnerships Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships, as well as overseeing subcontractor development, training, and compliance in the dynamic transport industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships
- Oversee subcontractor development, training, and compliance
- Draft and manage agreements, SLAs, and maintenance contracts
- Conduct market research and monitor new business opportunities
- Ensure accuracy in subsidy claims, invoices, and financial reporting
- Support B-BBEE compliance and scorecard improvement
- Collaborate with finance teams and subcontractors for smooth operations
- You will have a minimum of 3-4 years of managerial or client relationship experience in business development
- You will possess strong contract management skills, including drafting SLAs and agreements
- You will have proficiency in MS Office 2016+, with advanced Excel skills
- You will have basic accounting knowledge
Location: Travel within the operational area required
Work Hours: Some late hours, weekends, and holidays may be necessary
