Job Overview

This role involves working with high-net-worth individuals to fulfill their leisure travel requests, including luxury journeys and complex itineraries. You will be responsible for advising customers on the phone, chat, and by email in English and Arabic, designing personalized trips, making reservations, and cross-selling lifestyle services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on luxury travel options and design personalized trips
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
  • Cross-sell lifestyle services, such as gastronomy, events, and culture
  • Maintain up-to-date records for our members
Requirements
  • F-fluency in English and native Arabic
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent training in tourism
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry
  • GDS knowledge and excellent destination knowledge
  • Passion for luxury travel and lifestyle
  • Service-oriented and flexible
