About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers to determine their needs and fit our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers to understand their project timelines, budgets, and requirements.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in our e-learning solutions.
  • Fuel our growth by finding opportunities to generate new business and expand our customer base.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.

You'll be working closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written - Near Native Level.
  • You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation.
  • You take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
