Sales Development Representative Role
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and expand existing relationships. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in our sales team, connecting with potential customers and identifying opportunities to drive business forward.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new customers
- Qualify leads using the BANT Framework
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs and drive sales
- Present product information tailored to customer needs
- Manage pipelines to move leads through the marketing funnel and connect them with salespersons

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma in business or related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in new customer acquisition and lead generation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and objection handling
