Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, including project processing in the SAP CO module, regular analysis of project statuses, and participation in monthly closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions and manage project data in the SAP CO module.
  • Analyze project statuses and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in monthly closing and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Perform ad-hoc functions around controlling and prepare required reports.
  • Resolve queries and address concerns from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation and additional tertiary studies in finance are advantageous.
  • Ability to reconcile complex accounts and possess strong numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with accounting software programs and SAP is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
