Job Summary:

The Store Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective administration of the store's day-to-day operations. This includes providing clerical support to managers and employees, coordinating daily administrative activities, and accurately capturing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to managers and employees
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities
  • Accurately capture financial transactions, including cheques, deposits, and debits
  • Reconcile balance sheet control accounts and submit monthly packs
  • Assess and record stock levels
  • Analyse variance reports
  • Ensure successful completion and submission of VAT returns and RSC levies
  • Compile monthly cash flows and cash flow forecasts
  • Assist with budget and forecast compilation

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Studying towards accounting qualification or holds bookkeeping certificate
  • 3 years general administration experience
