**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Standard Bank Group team as a Relationship Growth Professional. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value relationships and developing strategies to drive growth and retention.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice and guidance on business banking solutions. You will also be required to maintain a deep understanding of the client's business operations, including business risks, industry risks, and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business banking solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on client-facing activities.
  • Prior experience as a Business Banker or managing a portfolio in the entrepreneur environment is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of how businesses operate, including business risks, industry risks, and financial requirements.
