Customer Service Representatives

We're seeking vibrant, ambitious individuals to join our award-winning team as Sales Advisors. As the voice of our brand, you'll communicate with customers, identify their needs, and deliver top-notch service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent service and solutions that meet individual customer needs
- Identifying vulnerable customers and providing additional support
- Handling escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Academic: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience: 12 – 24 months in a Sales/ Retentions or Sales through Customer Service (Call Center environment)
- Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach
- Communication: High proficiency in written and verbal English
- Tech-Savvy: Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation
