Senior Lecturer/ Associate Professor: Industrial and Organisational Psychology

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team as a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and academic administration.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and coordinate undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- Conduct and publish research in accredited journals and present research papers at conferences
- Supervise postgraduate students and provide academic administration and leadership
- Work closely with other members of the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- Professional registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Industrial Psychologist
- Experience in lecturing, research, and academic administration
- Track record of successful research supervision and publication
