Senior Lecturer in Industrial and Organisational Psychology

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team as a Senior Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for lecturing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conducting and publishing research, supervising postgraduate students, and dealing with administrative work.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and facilitate learning of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Conduct and publish research in accredited journals
- Supervise postgraduate students (Honours and Masters)
- Co-ordinate postgraduate programmes
- Provide academic administration and academic leadership
- Work closely with the other members of the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Employment Relations and/or Human Resource Management
- Experience in facilitating training within industry or lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Published articles in accredited journals and presented research papers at conferences
- Successful research supervision and examination of postgraduate students
