About The Role- This is a challenging role that requires strong decision making and working under pressure.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people, contributing to an inclusive workforce representative of the demographics of our society.
- You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in dispute resolution, client service and short-term insurance industry.
- Deal with complainants in a professional and courteous manner and address concerns.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders.
- Achieve work goals and objectives while living the Santam values.
- Law degree.
- Preferably admitted attorney / articles completed.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in dispute resolution and client service.
- Knowledgeable in short-term insurance industry advantageous.
