We are seeking an experienced Client Contact Centre Service Administrator with a proven track record in client service and call centre experience to join our team at Status Staffing.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve general and claim-related correspondence queries in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve quality standards and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 2 years of experience in client service and call centre operations.
- Strong understanding of medical aid administration and servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
