About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Contact Centre Service Administrator with a proven track record in client service and call centre experience to join our team at Status Staffing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve general and claim-related correspondence queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and digital channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and update client information as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve quality standards and targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in client service and call centre operations.
  • Strong understanding of medical aid administration and servicing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
