District Manager

Hire Resolve is seeking a seasoned District Manager to lead the beverage sales team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of multiple stores within the district, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Manage the district budget and control expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and integrity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company-wide initiatives and drive business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the beverage industry.
- Minimum 5 years in management roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Knowledge of beverage products and industry trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills, with the ability to manage the district budget and control expenses.
- Flexibility to travel within the district as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
