Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of multiple stores within the district, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Manage the district budget and control expenses to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and integrity.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company-wide initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the beverage industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in management roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of beverage products and industry trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills, with the ability to manage the district budget and control expenses.
  • Flexibility to travel within the district as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
