Business Partnership Growth Executive

Job Summary:
The Business Partnership Growth Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with pick-up points, ensuring they meet our standards and provide excellent service to our customers. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new pick-up point partners in target delivery clusters, ensuring they meet our standards and provide excellent service to our customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pick-up points, serving as the main contact for queries, issues, and escalations.
- Monitor pick-up point performance, focusing on order volumes, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance, optimize operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide performance reports to the Commercial Manager with key insights and recommendations, leveraging data to improve service quality and streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12.
- 2 or more years in a relationship or business development role.
- Strong negotiation, outreach, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and managed with high energy levels.
- Valid driver's license and reliable car.
