Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calls and building relationships with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work in a dynamic environment, and earn a competitive income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients via phone calls to promote our client's products or services
  • Building rapport with clients to establish trust and understand their needs
  • Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meeting sales targets and consistently delivering results

Requirements

  • Matriculation certificate (Grade 12)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Neutral accent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or debt collection
  • Previous international outbound experience (an advantage)
  • Reliable transportation for flexible working hours (rotational shifts between 15:00 pm and 03:00 am/ Monday-Friday and every second Saturday)
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • South African citizenship
  • Ability to work immediately
