Main Responsibilities:

Talent Search and Selection:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates for open positions within our BPO business.

Candidate Engagement and Onboarding:

  • Conduct thorough phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation and employment terms.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
