Senior Medical Front Desk Coordinator

Quality Select Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join our client's team. This dynamic role involves managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication with patients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the smooth running of the reception area.
About the Role:
As a Medical Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. Your expertise in handling point-of-sale systems, debtors control, stock management, account management, and administrative duties will be invaluable to our client's team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good computer skills are essential, while previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting, is highly beneficial.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism (Afrikaans and English)
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Strong understanding of debtors control and stock management
