At Plennegy Ltd, we are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Pietermaritzburg.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all orders from walk-in customers and seed representatives are processed promptly and efficiently as per customer requirements. This involves assisting with receiving and dispatching orders, checking stock received, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with receiving and dispatching orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Check stock received bi-weekly, identifying any discrepancies and reporting to the Dispatch & Receiving Clerks.
  • Verify stock levels according to picking slips, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the Dispatch & Receiving Clerks.
  • Debrief on all proof of delivery (PODs) and credit/return notes, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct daily stock checks, ensuring stock holding is correct and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Assist with bi-annual stock takes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 National Senior Certificate (Essential).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative/customer service/receiving and dispatch clerk role (Essential).
