Job Opportunity:
Benclo is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations at our Cape Town branch.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing branch activities to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in a managerial position, with a strong background in accounting and administration. Key skills include:
  • Matric/Grade 12 + National Diploma/Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration
  • 5 Years experience in a Managerial position
  • 2 Years experience on Accpac
  • 5 Years experience in Accounts
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Generating Debtors Statements, Daily Audit Trial Reports, Recosting of stock, entries into the purchases journal, Price changes, etc.
  • Managerial abilities
  • Good organizational leadership skills
  • Possess excellent decision making skills
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of the team
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Planning and organisation
  • Customer service
  • Communication skills
  • Negotiation skills

  • Computer literate

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is essential. We offer a competitive salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
