About the Role:
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
  2. Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and pain points.
  3. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to refine our business development processes, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
What We're Looking For:
  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  3. Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  4. A proactive mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Comfortable with rejection, and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
