About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the design and implementation of our employee remuneration offering. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of external best practices and reward strategies combined with a track record of conceptualising successful strategies, developing and leading action plans.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Partner with the P&C Executive to identify and propose total reward solutions.
  2. Manage the payroll administration function to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  3. Conduct data quality assurance on payroll system such as recording leave captured in the system, updating organisational structure and audits against workforce records.
  4. Share relevant management information with key stakeholders to enable reliable business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in a related field.
  • 10+ years in a reward/remuneration & benefits environment, with minimum 3+ years of leading the function.
  • Experience with Advanced Excel, knowledge of PowerBI or other analytics tools (MIS experience advantageous).
  • Knowledge of SA Labour Law and Employment Practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
