**_ Position Purpose:_**

To boost stakeholder confidence in TPT through deploying cutting edge initiatives aimed at defending and growing TPT

brand and reputation thus creating a conducive environment for TPT realise its strategy, business objectives and priorities.

To maintain brand integrity across all company marketing and communications initiatives, and service offering.

To drive communication of TPT brand personality internally

To ensure that TPT brand resonates with all key stakeholders

**_ Position outputs:_**
- Provide input into the development of the broader TPT Corporate Affairs strategy whilst leading the development of the

specialist Brand & Reputation Management strategy
- Analyse business information and develop Brand & Reputation management plans in support of TPT strategy and business

priorities
- Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to promote and position TPT brand and improve stakeholder TPT brand

experience
- Develop initiatives to protect and improve TPT reputation using multiple channels
- Develop purpose specific PR and other response programmes responding to identified/emerging issues affecting business

and TPT brand
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance and support of Brand & Reputation management policies, procedures and

guidelines
- Identify research needs, execute research studies including customer needs and competitor research, and analyse

research in order to stay current on market trends, competitive activity and identify opportunities
- Manage the Specialist: Brand Management, provide feedback and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Participate in the development of the Corporate Affairs department budget with particular reference to advertising and

promotions
- Provide corporate oversight and support to TPT Regional/Terminal departmental structures in order to ensure that TPT

offers the same brand experience across
- Management reporting on adhoc, weekly, monthly and annual basis

**_ Qualifications & Experience:_**
- Graduate degree in Brand and Marketing/Communication/Public Relations or related field OR an equivalent NQF

qualification
- Minimum 8 Years relevant experience
- Understanding digital marketing, use technologies and new digital tactics to achieve brand objectives and monitor brand

performance
