**Position**: Senior Fund Administration

Are you ready to take the next step in your career in the financial services industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fund Administration Specialist to join an esteemed company based in Guernsey, located in the English Channel, off the coast of Normandy, France. As a Fund Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of fund structures under the guidance of a Client Relationship Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer a diverse range of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures, while maintaining effective communication with clients and intermediaries.
- Coordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
- Process and coordinate routine and complex fund operations to ensure seamless functionality.
- Maintain accurate investor records and process all investor changes/transfers promptly.
- Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions, ensuring the settlement of fund expenses and maintaining the electronic payments library.
- Train staff on electronic banking systems and coordinate the opening of new bank accounts.
- Ensure timely regulatory and statutory filings are made in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage the accounts distribution and filing process.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior team members.

**Requirements**:
**Skills, Knowledge, Expertise**:

- Holds a relevant professional qualification (preferably SAICA qualified or equivalent).
- 3 years of relevant experience in a financial service setting, with a preference for experience in the Funds industry.
- A good understanding of the local regulatory framework.
- Sound technical financial services knowledge, with support available through our Learning Academy.
- Essential computer literacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
