**Job Advert**:
Ackermans has an exciting opportunity for a Fund Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Based in Kuilsriver, this position reports directly to the HR Manager. The Fund Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s Retirement and Provident funds, Death Claims and dealing with member queries. The Fund Administrator role requires an individual with strong administrative and communication skills.
**Qualifications**:
Essential:
- Grade 12
Preferred:
- National Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Admin
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Retirement Fund and Provident Fund administration, rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of the S37c Death Claims process Legislation on Workmens compensation
- Fund Good query management knowledge
SKILLS:
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Computer Skills - Excel
- Able to deal with large volumes of work
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to work independently
EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- 2 years administration experience with exposure to : Retirement & Provident Fund admin / Payroll admin / HR Admin / Processing Death Claims

- Record Keeping
- Disability Claims
- Processing Funeral Benefit Claims
- IOD Processing
- Process emergency loans
- Processing of Death Claims Queries
- Fund query mailbox
