Responsible for driving the digital profile of the brand forward and add value through design and execution of holistic, clever digital marketing campaigns and build strong and engaged audiences.

**Key Performance Areas**
**Digital Strategy and Planning**
- Drive the optimized customer engagement strategy across all digital platforms
- Work with team and digital agency to drive strategies that secure a robust and aggressive Top Funnel approach for brand impact and awareness
- Develop intelligence and access to the Focused Performer community online
- Develop strategies for acquisition, expansion and retention of UA customers, driving loyalty, advocacy and spend
- Work with a digital agency to drive maximum success strategies through conversion and sales
- Grow the CRM platform and communication strategies with a firm focus on KPI's and measured ROI
- Manage the budget for all consumer engagement spend
**Content, Calendar and Community Management**
- Liaise with internal product and brand teams for the right content to the right customer at the right time
- Create and maintain content management campaign planning calendars, with allocated spend and results tracking
- Review user-generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
- Respond to comments, when appropriate, to build positive communities and add value to users' experience
- Enforce social media guidelines defined by the brand and elevate internal understanding
- Use analytics and/or social listening tools to generate insights to create actionable reports that lead to optimization
- Monitor all platforms for emerging crises and opportunities for agile content
**Campaign planning and implementation**
- Ensure brand right messaging to focused performers across all channels
- Work with influencers, brand athletes and 3rd party digital communities to maximize opportunities in the digital space
- Partner with teams through the content creation process, contributing with ideas and assuring alignment to strategic direction
- Management of the digital communication channels such as newsletters, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
**Reporting and Digital Intelligence**
- Use analytics and/or social listening tools to generate insights to create actionable reports that lead to optimization
- Monthly reports for both local business and global brand feedback
- Budget planning and cost analysis management
**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Tertiary education: Marketing/ advertising diploma
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years working experience in strategic digital marketing
- CRM & data base management experience
**Critical Competencies**
- Technical CRM knowledge
- Strong understanding of brands
- Experience in creating and managing content across channels to drive engagement
- An Analytical approach to marketing success
