Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Engagement Strategist to lead our efforts in developing and implementing a holistic member engagement strategy that aligns with our clients' business objectives.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of digital channels, marketing automation, and CRM systems to ensure they meet our clients' needs. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining the data infrastructure and technology platforms required to deliver scalable, personalized communications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive member engagement strategy that supports our clients' growth, revenue, and profitability goals
* Oversee the deployment of digital channels, marketing automation, and CRM systems to optimize their performance
* Build and maintain data infrastructure and technology platforms to deliver personalized communications
* Analyze customer data to uncover insights into behavior and preferences
* Use findings to shape highly effective marketing campaigns
* Lead teams in crafting impactful creative content for direct communication channels
* Manage competing priorities and outputs using recognized project management tools

Requirements:
* Over 8 years of expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM
* Proven ability to enhance customer engagement, boost retention, and drive revenue growth through targeted initiatives
* Comprehensive technical knowledge of digital platforms, customer journeys, data analysis, segmentation, and reporting tools
* Skilled in analyzing customer data to uncover insights into behavior and preferences
* Extensive hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar systems
* Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration to achieve business goals
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Strategic thinker with a forward-looking perspective, contributing to both immediate goals and long-term business objectives
