Legal Secretary

A law firm based in Umhlanga is looking for a Litigation Legal secretary.
The requirements are as follows:
- a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role;
- fluent in English;
- possess strong communication;
- have excellent administration skills;
- capable of using Microsoft products such as Teams, Word and Excel;
- able to handle a large volume of work;
- certification in office administration (advantageous);
- certification in paralegal studies (advantageous).
Some of the tasks that will be undertaken:
- dictaphone typing;
- management of the Attorney’s diary;
- printing and filing of all correspondence and pleadings;
- diarising and management of deadlines;
- performing all other general administrative duties such as scanning and copying.
