Our client is looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individual to join their Travel team. As a Luxury Travel Consultant you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our client’s members, including luxury journeys on behalf of high net worth members, complex flight inclusive itineraries covering several destinations within Europe and world-wide.

Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgement, skillful use of travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will deliver superb member satisfaction, high levels of supplier revenue and repeat usage of our client for travel and other jobs throughout the business.

**Job Type**: Hybrid | Full-Time

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in Europe leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries
- Experience in a Travel retail or Tour operator environment essential
- Sound knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus)
- Fluent in Dutch
- Fluent in English
- Energetic and motivated team player who enjoy the challenges of meeting and beating targets
- People who are passionate about delivering high quality personalised customer service and have excellent research skills
- People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
- You have strong communication skills and love to provide excellent service and quality daily
- Flexibility : Ability to work shifts and weekends. ( This position is a 40-hour work week with day / evening shifts. Shifts are either Tuesday - Saturday / Sunday - Thursday ; between the hours of 7:00 - 22:00 SAST/ with at least one late shift per week).

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing
- Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries
