**The Role**: As a Customer Success Analyst fluent in Dutch, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of EV charging infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Vigilantly monitoring EV charging systems to uphold peak performance.
- Delivering top-tier technical support via calls, guiding depot personnel through remote troubleshooting.
- Conducting remote diagnostics and leveraging problem-solving skills to swiftly address issues.
- Collaborating with third-line support teams to tackle complex challenges.
- Coordinating reactive maintenance with service partners, overseeing on-site activities.
- Maintaining meticulous ticket management for accurate documentation.
- Fluency in Dutch (a must)
- A tertiary degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in technical support, preferably within engineering.
- A passion for technology and a knack for quick learning.
- Stellar communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving prowess.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
- Familiarity with ticketing software like Zendesk, and monitoring platforms such as Grafana or Zabbix.
