Performance Brands, a leading sporting goods distributor in South Africa, is seeking a talented **Divisional Sales Manager** to drive our sales growth and elevate our brands, which include Gilbert, Grays, Gray Nicolls, Mitre, Speedo and Arena, in the Gauteng region.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

Numerical Acumen:

- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Implement data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Compile monthly sales reports on performance, opportunities and threads.

Customer Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and sports bodies.
- Drive new customer acquisition initiatives.
- Understand customer needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Insights:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Process Optimization:

- Streamline and improve sales processes for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive sales adoption and growth on our B2B online platform

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the sporting goods industry.

Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.

Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships.

Proficient computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Advance Excel level)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous
