**Job Specification**

**1. About the position**

An experienced Head of Sales required by fast growing fintech company. You must have demonstrated experience in a sales environment.

**3. What you’ll do**
- Manage both Debt Counselling Sales teams as well as a Funeral Sales team.
- Defining the execution strategy for telephonic sales.
- Provide direction for the growth and performance of the Team Leaders
- Manage and motivate team to achieve high performance and deliver discretionary effort.
- Collation of Sales Statistics on a weekly basis and ensure appropriate performance management.
- Conversion ratios well understood and top of mind for each salesperson.
- Analyse team performances to implement scalable improvements to core sales processes and training.
- Responsible for defining a growth to ensure consistency in achieving weekly sales targets.
- Oversight and approval of the Recruitment and Selection process.
- Weekly reporting to the C.O.O.
- Cross functional liaison and integration with Service, IT, Legal and various external entities.
- Provide input into the Remuneration and incentives model.
- Foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement-oriented team culture.

**4. What you’ll need**
- At least 10 years working experience, with at least 5 of those leading sales team in the Financial Services industry.
- Verifiable sales management track record by demonstrating overachievement against quotas.
- Great communication skills and the ability to motivate behaviour change.
- Strong Planning & time management skills.
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- Expected Start Date: 1/6/2023
