- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Prepare SARS statutory submissions to SARS
- Work closely with company account to manage finances of company
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Manage, prepare and ensure timely processing of payroll
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Setting up the terms of credit for new client
- Managing the collection of all payments and debts

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field strongly preferred
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Pastel Evolution and Sage Payroll
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
