The Marketing and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives both for the company and individual properties, as well as coordinating and overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the business

**The role will include the following duties: (This list is not exhaustive)**

**Marketing**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content
- Support the management of the company's social media presence, including posting updates and engaging with followers
- Creating engaging sales literature for properties on our books
- Create and manage window cards
- Create marketing brochures to effectively communicate the key differentiators of the business.
- Order and manage boards (sales and lettings)
- Photography and videography
- Creating and sending promotional letters highlighting the company successes

**Operational Coordination**:

- Using internal software to match applicants to properties
- Actioning price reductions, updating marketing and promoting via social media
- Moving properties to a low key marketing status
- Following exchange & completion process
- Registering deposits
- Sending let only contact details
- Follow renewals procedure
- Check end of tenancy
- Check Right to Rent current monthly
- Allocating rent / reconcile bank
- Informing Head of Lettings of late rent
- Paying Landlords and Contractors (following training)
- Refunding deposits to Tenants/contractors
- Maintenance managing

**General**:

- Order and replenish stationary
- Ensure active team player
- To follow any reasonable request by your managers

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) UK Time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
